Space Nova is set to return with a second season on ABC iview in Australia on April 24.
Season two continues to follow Jet and Adelaide Nova and their parents Josie and Hugo as they face even stranger lifeforms and other physics-defying phenomena after their convoy ship is attacked, throwing them off-course and creating a powerful explosion that causes an imbalance in the universe. They go on a mission to find their Stardustian friend Ziggy, the only one capable of fixing the imbalance.
Season one of Space Nova is available on ABC iview now.
The series is created by SLR Productions and co-produced with Giggle Garage. Major production investment comes from Screen Australia, in association with the Australian Children’s Television Foundation. ZDF Studios handles international distribution outside of Australia and New Zealand.
Space Nova is directed by Pablo de la Torre, Mark Gravas, Gie Santos, Steve Moltzen and Chantelle Murray and produced by Suzanne Ryan, Yasmin Jones and Juhaidah Jeomin. Executive producers are Suzanne Ryan, Zeno Gabing and Bernadette O’Mahony.
