Sesame Workshop Hires Director of Inclusion

Rosemary Palacios has joined Sesame Workshop as director of talent outreach, inclusion and creative development.

Palacios will further drive forward the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategy into all areas of show development and production, including ideation, scripting, creator and voice-over talent, and visual development. She will additionally direct the Sesame Workshop Writers’ Room, acting as a mentor and coach to all fellowship participants, and oversee future pipeline programs.

Previously, Palacios was manager of global talent development and inclusion at NBCUniversal. She has held production roles at NBCUniversal and Nickelodeon.
