The fourth season of PJ Masks is set to kick off next month with a special extended episode.

The four-part, 44-minute episode “Heroes of the Sky” will see villain Romeo stealing coveted power crystals from Luna Girl and the PJ Masks, leading Catboy, Owlette and Gekko to leap into action to stop his plans to create dozens of Flying Factories to take over the world. The season-four premiere will air on May 15 at 7 p.m. on Disney Junior and DisneyNOW.

The 52-episode season of PJ Masks will introduce new characters, including new ally Newton Star, villains Octobella and Pharaoh Boy and mischievous stone monkey Munki-Gu. New vehicles and locations can also be expected.

PJ Masks is produced by Entertainment One and Frog Box in collaboration with the French animation studio TeamTO, along with Disney Junior and France 5. Season five of the series is currently in production, with seasons one and two available on Disney+ and Netflix.
