Nickelodeon to Premiere New Magical Animated Series

Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty, a new animated series created and produced by Funrise, is slated to premiere on Nickelodeon in the U.S. later this month.

The children’s series centers on Felicity, a kitten—who is also part-rainbow, part-butterfly and part-unicorn—who possesses special transformative powers. With her best friend, a dog named Miguel, Felicity embarks on comedic adventures in the magical world of Mythlandia.

Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty will bow on Nickelodeon on Sunday, January 27, at 11:30 a.m. Prior to the series’ linear premiere, an all-new full-length episode is available on the Nick App and Nick On Demand. Additional episodes will air on Nicktoons beginning Monday, January 28, at 9 p.m. Following its U.S. launch, the series will roll out later this year on Nickelodeon’s international channels and branded blocks across 170-plus countries and territories.
