Nickelodeon Renews Baby Shark’s Big Show!

Nickelodeon has ordered a third season of the hit preschool series Baby Shark’s Big Show!, set to debut this summer.

The new season of the series, co-produced by Nickelodeon Animation and The Pinkfong Company, will consist of 18 half-hour episodes and four hour-long musical specials. Ahead of its debut, the companies have released the music album Baby Shark’s Big Show! Fin-Shaking Dance Songs, featuring tracks from the first two seasons.

Season three will continue to follow Baby Shark, his family and his friends as they go on adventures in Carnivore Cove. Returning voice cast includes Kimiko Glenn (Orange is the New Black), Luke Youngblood (Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone), Natasha Rothwell (Insecure), Eric Edelstein (We Bare Bears), Debra Wilson (MADtv) and Patrick Warburton (Seinfeld).

This Baby Shark news comes on the heels of Nickelodeon, Paramount+ and The Pinkfong Company’s announcement of the voice cast for Baby Shark’s Big Movie, the first-ever feature-length animated movie based on the franchise. The cast includes Ashley Tisdale (Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe, High School Musical), Aparna Nancherla (Mira, Royal Detective), Ego Nwodim (Saturday Night Live), Chloe Fineman (Saturday Night Live, Father of the Bride), ENHYPEN and Lance Bass, as well as returning series guest stars Cardi B and her family, Offset, Kulture and Wave. The movie is set to premiere on Paramount+ during the holiday season.
