Mondo TV Taps New Licensing Manager

LONDON: Julia Gutiérrez Cillero has been appointed licensing manager for Mondo TV Group, reporting to Valentina La Macchia, director of consumer products‬.

In her new role, Gutiérrez Cillero will oversee Mondo TV’s licensing business in Spain/Portugal and Latin America. She will build on the company’s existing growth in those areas while also identifying new licensing opportunities as it develops partnerships and projects across both regions.

Gutiérrez Cillero previously worked for Biplano Licensing, where she served as hardlines category manager across the gift, back-to-school, electronics, beauty and cosmetics categories. In that position, she identified new product categories for licensing opportunities and potential partners to pitch and evaluate within each category.

Gutiérrez Cillero commented: “Mondo TV is widely admired for the strength of its offering across both television and licensing and this is a very exciting time in its development. This is the perfect opportunity to bring my experience in pan-European licensing to a wider stage. I am looking forward to it immensely.”
