m4e & Edel Germany Ink Audio Play Output Deal

HÖHENKIRCHEN/MUNICH/HAMBURG: m4e and Edel Germany are extending their cooperation and have closed a multiyear output deal covering the distribution of audio plays on CD within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The agreement covers current and future properties, as well as titles from m4e’s catalog, including in-house projects and co-productions. Early next year, Edel will begin with m4e’s recent production Wissper, followed by the third season of Mia and me.

“Edel is one of the market leaders in terms of audio play,” said Hans Ulrich Stoef, the CEO of m4e. “With this output deal we ensure that the fans of our programs will continue to get high‐quality audio products. We are extremely happy that after the output agreement with Universal Pictures Germany on DVD and VOD distribution, we have now entered into another close relationship, this time with Andrea zum Felde and her team at Edel.
