Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live Expands into Europe

Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live has partnered with Live Nation and Raycom-Legacy Content Company (RLCC) for a European tour, following its U.S. launch earlier this year.

The European tour is set to start in the U.K., Poland and Denmark in 2020 with further markets planned for a later rollout. The live show is based on the Hot Wheels brand, featuring family-friendly jumps, stunts and crashes. In addition to the trucks, each show will showcase specialty acts like freestyle motocross riders, world record attempts and Megasaurus, the car-eating, prehistoric robot.

Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live will visit European arenas beginning on Saturday, January 4, in Manchester, U.K. at the Manchester Arena. The tour will then travel to multiple cities across Europe, with scheduled stops including Lodz, Birmingham and Glasgow. Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, July 5.

“Mattel is thrilled to share the U.S. success of the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live experience with our European fans,” said Julie Freeland, senior director of Mattel global live events and attractions. “Mattel is always exploring new and innovative ways for fans of all ages to play and engage with our storied brands.
