Disney Sets Walk the Prank Preview for April Fools’ Day

BURBANK: Disney XD and Disney Channel are airing a sneak preview of the new series Walk the Prank, which combines scripted comedy with real hidden-camera pranks, on April Fools’ Day.

The Walk the Prank cast, including Cody Veith (Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn), Bryce Gheisar (A Dog’s Purpose), Jillian Shea Spaeder (Theatre and Me’s the Bully), Brandon Severs (The Neighbors) and Tobie Windham (The Wesley’s) will host the preview, which will air on Friday, April 1, at 6 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Following the sneak preview, Walk the Prank will move to its regular time slot on Wednesday nights at 8:30 p.m. on Disney XD.

The Walk the Prank scripted story lines follow the kids’ antics in school and at home, which inspire their pranks. The real hidden-camera pranks capture genuine reactions from unsuspecting strangers. Walk the Prank is created and executive produced by Adam Small (Mad TV) and Trevor Moore (Whitest Kids U Know). The series is from Horizon Productions.

As part of the preview event, Disney XD will also broadcast prank-themed episodes of Gamer’s Guide to Pretty Much Everything and Lab Rats: Bionic Island, among other shows.
