Disney Junior Renews Doc McStuffins for Season 5

BURBANK: Disney Junior has ordered a fifth season of the Peabody Award-winning animated series Doc McStuffins for broadcast in 2018.

Meant for viewers between the ages of 2 and 7, Doc McStuffins follows the adventures of an imaginative young girl who aspires to be a doctor like her mother. The show, which has an extensive off-screen presence, is produced by Brown Bag Films in association with Disney Channel. It is created and executive produced by Humanitas Prize and Emmy Award winner Chris Nee.

I can think of no other children’s television show in recent history that has touched as many lives and made the kind of impact around the world that Doc has.
