DeAPlaneta Names Head of Franchise & Marketing

DeAPlaneta Entertainment has tapped Pol Benedí as head of franchise and marketing for the Kids & Family division.

Benedí joins from FC Barcelona, where he worked for several years on the creation of the Barça licensing and merchandising division. As head of franchise and marketing at DeAPlaneta Kids & Family, he will work toward the consolidation of the company’s IPs in the licensing world.

“It is an honor to join this team at DeAPlaneta Entertainment, Europe’s leading company in entertainment for kids and families,” Benedí said. “I look forward to bringing all my experience acquired in the licensing world to the Kids & Family division to consolidate, expand and launch established brands such as Milo and future hits such as Hero Inside or Magic Lilly.
