Chuggington Franchise Expands with Immersive Theme Park Attraction

Herschend Entertainment Studios has expanded its Chuggington television franchise with its first immersive theme park attraction, Chuggington Adventure Depot, at Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri.

The Chuggington Adventure Depot will allow young park guests to step into their own trainee Chugger, chosen from a modern and colorful fleet of train engines. Led by a conductor, the kids will go on an exploratory adventure in the free-play, wall-to-wall re-creation of the world of Chuggington.

An adaptive mobility Chugger train that is ADA compliant is available to meet the needs of all guests, allowing every child to fully participate in the immersive experience.

Preschoolers will also be able to meet characters from the show such as Wilson, Koko and Brewster, as well as visit Chuggington locales, including The Roundhouse, The Ice Cream Factory and The Repair Shed. Custom Chuggington merchandise, Chuggington toys from Alpha Group US and photo experiences will be available as well.

The TV series is currently airing on broadcaster networks and streaming platforms in over 100 countries. In the U.S., kids can view the show on Hulu, DisneyNOW and YouTube.
