Cartoon Movie Spotlights Nordic Countries

This year, Cartoon Movie is celebrating Nordic countries with a spotlight on their originality, special strengths and contribution to the field of animation.

During Cartoon Movie, which is slated for March 8 to 10 in Bordeaux, France, eight Nordic feature films will be pitched.

Cartoon Movie will feature pitches for Just Super, produced by Qvisten Animation (Norway); Magical Friends, produced by Ulvenfilm (Norway) and co-produced by Kool Produktion (Norway); My True Imaginary Friend: Mr. Clutterbuck, produced by Monkey Business Pictures (Finland) and co-produced by Aurora Pictures (Finland); Niko: Beyond the Northern Lights, produced by Animaker (Finland) and co-produced by Anima Vitae (Finland), Ulysses Filmproduktion (Germany), A. Film Production (Denmark) and Moetion Films (Ireland); Odd Is an Egg, produced by Miso Film (Norway); Ploey 2, produced by GunHil (Iceland); Titina, produced by Mikrofilm (Norway) and co-produced by Vivi Film (Belgium); and Valemon: The Polar Bear King, produced by Maipo Film (Norway).
