Care Bears & Strawberry Shortcake Capsule Collaborations in the Works

WildBrain and Cloudco Entertainment have teamed up for a nostalgia-driven range of colorful capsule collaborations for the U.S. and Canada featuring Care Bears and Strawberry Shortcake.

The first wave of exclusive collections launches this fall with lines from fashion labels Samii Ryan and Sweet Peas Co. and sticker brand Blank Tag Co. The limited-edition collaborations are tied to The Care Berry Switch (w.t.), an animated crossover special in co-development by WildBrain and Cloudco in which characters from both brands embark on a heartfelt on-screen adventure.

The range will span apparel, sleepwear, beauty and collectibles, with the first items dropping this dall and more releases planned through the Holiday season into 2025.

The crossover includes exclusive capsule collections adorned with hearts, rainbows and fruit prints from brands like Dolls Kill, PSD and Cakeworthy, along with apparel by Isaac Morris, sleepwear from Centric and MJC and home décor by Silver Buffalo. Accessories by Concept 1, High Intencity and Centric, as well as collectibles by Culture Fly and food and beverage items at FYE, are also on the planner.
