Baby Big Mouth Rebrands as Music Channel


The children’s YouTube channel Baby Big Mouth has rebranded as a music network, titled Baby Big Mouth Kids—Sing, Dance, Explore.

The rebranded channel will exclusively post music and comedic videos featuring Baby, Betty, Violet and Chef Pierre. Each week will see multiple releases, including original songs and classic nursery rhymes.

The Baby Big Mouth channel originally launched in 2013 and has since garnered more than 12 billion views and 11 million subscribers. At its start, it featured videos presenting learning exercises for preschoolers using surprise eggs and unboxing toys. All of its past content has been removed to focus solely on kids’ songs and comedy.

Now under the company’s umbrella are the brands Surpriso, a kids’ dance music brand that uses puppets and cartoon characters, and Gogo Gorilla, a live-action music brand focused on movement and healthy living.

“We launched the Baby Big Mouth channel during a time when unboxing and surprise toy videos were some of the most sought-after content for kids online,” said Paul Knight of Baby Big Mouth Productions. “With our experience in early childhood education as well as musical production, we forged preschool learning and original music into surprise unboxing videos and quickly found success.”

Knight continued, “Our small team of musicians and educators design the videos in-house from start to finish, crafting fun, educational, family-friendly content with the goal of getting kids singing, dancing and exploring the world around them. With new, interesting, unique and diverse characters and ideas being introduced at a fast pace, the opportunities for the brand now feel limitless. We’re very excited!”
