Superights Inks Presales for Pat the Dog

Superights has presold the second season of the Superprod- and Animoka-produced Pat the Dog series.

WarnerMedia has picked up the series’ second season for its channels in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, while Disney has acquired it for its channels in Spain, France, the Netherlands, Russia and Germany. Further, the new Pat the Dog season will be on France Télévisions, Rai in Italy, Radio Canada, RTS in Switzerland, TV3 in Spain, VRT in Belgium, Discovery Kids in Latin America and on the Chinese VOD platform Mango TV.

Season two will see Pat, Lola’s daring little dog, and clumsy cat Hoodie experience incredible adventures as Pat tries to tinker with new gadgets and vehicles. This new season offers a variety of formats to broadcasting partners: a new batch of 63×7-minute episodes; 4×26-minute programs (the Christmas special, the Halloween special, the summer holidays special and The Day Pat and Lola First Met); and 10×90-minute episodes featuring Hoodie.

Pat the Dog’s first season has sold to YLE in Finland, MTVA in Hungary, Disney Channel in the U.S. and the national TV channel Jamaica (Jamaica) in addition to the aforementioned broadcasting partners.
