Arthur and the Minimoys Heads to Disney Channel Russia

Studio 100 Media and m4e’s Arthur and the Minimoys has been acquired by Disney Channel in Russia.

The animated action series is based on the fantasy novels for children and the Arthur movie trilogy created and directed by Luc Besson about a young, solitary dreamer who becomes the biggest of all the Minimoys, a race of minuscule human-like beings. It will launch on Disney Channel in Russia in April.

Arthur and the Minimoys is co-produced by Besson’s Storia TV with Studio 100 Animation, Lagardère Group and Disney Channel in Germany. It premiered on the French channel Tiji in 2017 and has since sold to 80 territories, airing on Gulli in France, OUF tivi in Belgium, Disney Channel in Germany, RAI in Italy and TVP ABC in Poland, among other global broadcasters.
