​​Under Wraps Sequel Set for Disney Channel

Disney Branded Television’s Under Wraps 2, the sequel to the Disney Channel original Halloween movie Under Wraps, is slated to premiere in September.

Produced by MarVista Entertainment, Under Wraps 2 picks up as Marshall (Malachi Barton), Gilbert (Christian J. Simon) and Amy (Sophia Hammons) are getting ready to attend Amy’s father’s Halloween-themed wedding to his fiancé, Carl. But when the three friends discover their mummy pal Harold (Phil Wright) and his beloved Rose (Rryla McIntosh) may be in danger, their plans go awry.

Alex Zamm returns as director of Under Wraps 2, with Todd Y. Murata and Fernando Szew also returning as executive producers for MarVista Entertainment. Josh A. Cagan is writer for the sequel, based on the original movie written by Don Rhymer.

The sequel will bow on Disney Channel on September 25 and will stream on Disney+ shortly thereafter.
