Good Times, part of Banijay Germany, is to produce a local treatment of Good Luck Guys<\/em> for the SVOD Joyn.<\/p>\n

This marks the seventh adaptation of the fish-out-of-water adventure reality format, which was originally created by Banijay Productions France. Good Luck Guys<\/em> follows as a group of pampered party people trade their lives of luxury for a back-to-basics adventure on an isolated tropical beach.<\/p>\n

Lucas Green, chief content officer for operations at Banijay, said: \u201cIt\u2019s no surprise this format is making waves across Europe, given it is packed with reality, humor and lighthearted entertainment. Its stunning and remote beach location is pure escapism. Good Luck Guys<\/em> and its social media-friendly cast makes it an easily-marketable format, which is much sought after by streamers and broadcasters alike, as the recent commissions highlight.\u201d<\/p>\n
