Together, they will lead ALP\u2019s strategic operational strategy to further develop the company\u2019s pipeline of new and returning hits, such as TF1\u2019s <em>Koh-Lanta<\/em> (<em>Survivor<\/em>) and France 2\u2019s <em>Fort Boyard<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Both roles are effective from September 1 in line with Alexia Larouche-Joubert\u2019s promotion to CEO of Banijay France.<\/p>\n<p>Larouche-Joubert said: \u201cAfter seven years by my side, the choice to promote Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric and Julien within ALP was a natural one. I\u2019m incredibly proud of what we achieved working together, expanding ALP\u2019s offering while maintaining a commitment to quality and broad audience engagement. Their complementary skills, deep knowledge of ALP\u2019s programs, and grasp of industry challenges will enable ALP to retain its unique know-how and storytelling in adventure entertainment and all related genres. I am confident Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric and Julien will further build and amplify our efforts, and I look forward to seeing the company expand under their leadership.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lussato said: \u201cThis new role is a fantastic chance to further enhance ALP\u2019s capacity for innovation, strengthening all areas of the business.
