Produced by Shine Iberia, the first episode won its time slot with a 19 percent share.<\/p>\n<p>A local version has also been ordered in Greece for ANT1, with Silverline Media Productions to produce. Hungarian broadcaster RTL commissioned a local treatment. In Israel, <em>The Traitors<\/em> has been commissioned by Keshet, with Fremantle\u2019s Abot Hameiri producing. A Swedish version has also been commissioned, along with a new version in an unannounced territory.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Traitors<\/em> has already been ordered or adapted in a host of territories around the world, with local versions on the way in Germany (RTL), Finland and Denmark (TV2). A Spanish version recently debuted on HBO Max, and a local version is set to air on Three in New Zealand.<\/p>\n<p>Second seasons have been commissioned in Flemish-speaking Belgium (VTM), French-speaking Belgium (RTL TVI), France (M6), Australia (Network 10), the U.K. (BBC One), the U.S. (Peacock) and Norway (TV2).<\/p>\n<p>Jasper Hoogendoorn, creative director at idtv, commented, \u201cWe\u2019re incredibly proud to see our original format heading to even more new territories. This twist-laden psychological adventure is perfect for local adaptation, delivering a reality show that grips audiences and creates as big a buzz as any scripted drama.
