Licensed in Germany"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Paramount Global Content Distribution has licensed a pair of its hit game-show formats to be revived in Germany.<\/p>\n<p><em>Wheel of Fortune<\/em>, which will air under the local title <em>Gluecksrad<\/em>, is headed to RTL2 (RTL ZWEI) in Germany. <em>Wheel of Fortune<\/em> was last on air from 2016 to 2018 on RTL+. Prior to that, it had been on air since the 1990s on different broadcasters in Germany.<\/p>\n<p>The local version is hosted by Thomas Herrmann and Sonya Kraus. Noisy Pictures (a Banijay Group company) is producing.<\/p>\n<p><em>Jeopardy!<\/em> is getting a local treatment on SAT.1 in Germany with an episode as part of the first season of <em>Die Sat. 1 Kult-Show-Wochen<\/em> (<em>The SAT.1 Epic Shows Weeks<\/em>). <em>Jeopardy!<\/em> was last on air from 2016 to 2017, also on RTL+.
