The <em>VIP<\/em> treatment follows a group of celebrities living together in a house fitted with cameras recording their every move.<\/p>\n<p>Samia Moktar, VP for CEE and airlines at Banijay Rights, said: \u201c<em>Big Brother VIP<\/em> is a fantastic spin-off, a tried and tested hit which has attracted large audiences around the world, from Australia to Italy.
