Minnow Films is producing the U.S. treatment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Special Forces: The Ultimate Test<\/em> puts celebrities you know and love through the most pure and authentic test of endurance that I have ever seen,\u201d said Rob Wade, president of alternative entertainment and specials. \u201cIn many ways, it is more about mental strength than physical strength. It\u2019s an eye-opening glimpse into the most intense training in the world and gives a taste of the grit and bravery our armed forces show on a daily basis, which was a life-changing experience for these celebrities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>FOX also announced that <em>The Masked Singer<\/em> will introduce an all-new format when it returns for its eighth season on September 21. Each episode will feature several performances by intricately disguised celebrities, but for the first time ever, only one contestant will move on from each episode. The studio audience will vote for their favorite, and the singer with the least amount of votes will unmask mid-show.
