Becky Cadman, former commissioner for factual entertainment at Channel 4, has been tapped to serve as creative director of formats and talent at Lime Pictures.<\/p>\n
In her new role, Cadman will focus on developing formats with global reach and will lead on-screen talent relations for new formats. She will take up the job in June.<\/p>\n
Cadman has worked at Channel 4 as a commissioner for factual entertainment for five years and was responsible for The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan<\/em>, Caroline Flack: Her Life & Death<\/em>, Big Brother: Best Shows Ever<\/em> and Naked Attraction<\/em>. She reported to Alf Lawrie, head of factual entertainment. Prior to that, she led the format development of shows such as Love Island<\/em>, I\u2019m a Celebrity\u2026Get Me Out of Here!<\/em> and Got to Dance<\/em>.<\/p>\n At Lime Pictures, Cadman joins Global Head of Unscripted Sarah Tyekiff\u2019s expanding team alongside Nick Johns, creative director of development. Rebecca Kenny-Smith continues her role as creative director of current programs, supported by Nic McNeilis, in-house talent executive.<\/p>\n \u201cI am thrilled that Becky is joining the U.K. unscripted team,\u201d Tyekiff said. \u201cBecky has an exceptional format brain and a track record of developing international hits.
