Gamboa, Philippines), <em>Million Fall<\/em> (Fuji Television Network, Japan),<em> Roulette<\/em> (formatworkshop, Turkey), <em>Stars On Pole<\/em> (NU Production, Spain) and <em>Wingmen\u2013The Dating Game<\/em> (Michael Dolinsek Film Production, Austria).<\/p>\n<p>The finalists, picked from a total of 67 projects, will be pitched on stage on the second day of the market to a jury chaired by Allison Wallach, executive VP, head of FOX Alternative Entertainment, alongside Natalie Wogue, consultant and international format strategist at FOX Alternative Entertainment, and Yasmin Rawji, senior VP of alternative entertainment at FOX Entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>The winning format will win $5,000 for development and will be pitched to global buyers by FOX Alternative Entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe many concepts and ideas submitted to this year\u2019s MIPFormats International Pitch were beyond impressive,\u201d said Wallach. \u201cIt\u2019s great to see so much creativity and passion in these pitches, and selecting our five finalists proved to be an incredible exercise. I\u2019m excited to join them on stage in Cannes to learn more about each project and the opportunity they may have on a much larger scale.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lucy Smith, RX France\u2019s entertainment division director and director of MIPTV, said, \u201cIt\u2019s wonderful to see such creative concepts from a broad diversity of countries in the shortlist.
