{"id":8750,"date":"2022-03-03T08:50:40","date_gmt":"2022-03-03T13:50:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev2.worldscreen.com\/tvformats\/viaplay-commissions-celebrity-masterchef\/"},"modified":"2022-03-03T14:12:16","modified_gmt":"2022-03-03T19:12:16","slug":"viaplay-commissions-celebrity-masterchef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvformats\/viaplay-commissions-celebrity-masterchef\/","title":{"rendered":"Viaplay Commissions Celebrity MasterChef"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Viaplay is bringing the reality format <em>Celebrity MasterChef<\/em> to the Netherlands for the first time starting this fall.<\/p>\n<p>Produced by SimpelZodiak, a Banijay Benelux company, the 12-episode first season sees ten Dutch personalities taking on a series of culinary challenges in front of an all-star jury and competing to become the next <em>Celebrity MasterChef<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The jury consists of Soenil \u201cThe Spicy Chef\u201d Bahadoer, founder of the renowned De Lindehof restaurant, which received its second Michelin star in 2014; Ang\u00e9lique Schmeinck, one of only two female Dutch Mastercooks (the country\u2019s most prestigious culinary title) and head chef for 12 years at the Michelin-starred De Kromme Dissel; and Jo\u00ebl Broekaert, a well-known food critic, columnist and TV host.<\/p>\n<p>Viaplay launched in the Netherlands on March 1 with a combination of original productions, international films and series, kids content and premium live sports.<\/p>\n<p>Filippa Wallestam, NENT Group&#8217;s chief content officer, said: \u201cHigh-quality local productions are a key focus for Viaplay in all our markets.
