{"id":8363,"date":"2021-08-04T12:30:07","date_gmt":"2021-08-04T16:30:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev2.worldscreen.com\/tvformats\/worldscreen.com\/"},"modified":"2021-08-04T12:31:57","modified_gmt":"2021-08-04T16:31:57","slug":"gordon-ramsay-fox-entertainment-align-for-global-production-venture","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvformats\/gordon-ramsay-fox-entertainment-align-for-global-production-venture\/","title":{"rendered":"Gordon Ramsay &amp; FOX Entertainment Align for Global Production Venture"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gordon Ramsay and FOX Entertainment have come together to form Studio Ramsay Global, a new co-owned production venture that will develop, produce and distribute culinary and lifestyle programming.<\/p>\n<p>The production entity will produce for FOX, the Tubi AVOD streaming service and platforms worldwide.\u00a0Studio Ramsay Global will acquire 100 percent of Ramsay\u2019s current television business, Studio Ramsay, with FOX funding the purchase.<\/p>\n<p>With offices in both London and Los Angeles, the new company will own and serve as the exclusive production home for all new series featuring and\/or produced by Ramsay.<\/p>\n<p>FOX Entertainment\u2019s in-house unscripted studio, FOX Alternative Entertainment, will oversee the production of all new programs produced by Studio Ramsay Global, including the upcoming cooking competition <em>Next Level Chef<\/em>. Ramsay\u2019s existing series include FOX\u2019s <em>MasterChef<\/em>, <em>MasterChef Junior<\/em> and <em>Hell&#8217;s Kitchen<\/em>. Content for other platforms both internationally and in the U.S. will continue to be produced by their respective production companies.<\/p>\n<p>Studio Ramsay Chief Creative Officer Lisa Edwards will be broadening her responsibilities with the newly formed company.\u00a0Studio Ramsay Global\u2019s inaugural board of directors will be comprised of Ramsay; Charlie Collier, CEO of FOX Entertainment; and Rob Wade, FOX Entertainment\u2019s president of alternative entertainment and specials.<\/p>\n<p>Ramsay commented: \u201cThis is an incredibly exciting opportunity, not just for me, but for the team at Studio Ramsay. We\u2019ll be creating food and lifestyle ideas, but also developing an incredible new talent pool of food, drink and industry leaders to create our own culinary talent branch.
