Beyond Rights has inked new deals for the lifestyle format Love It or List It<\/em>, which is expanding with new versions underway in Finland and France.<\/p>\n

In Finland, Beyond Rights has licensed the format to Rabbit Films, with the production company currently working on an initial ten-episode run for Nelonen, which has also acquired season four of Love It or List It: Australia<\/em> and Love It or List It: Brilliant Builds<\/em>. In France, M6 has licensed the Love It or List It<\/em> format and is currently in preproduction.<\/p>\n

Channel 4 in the U.K. has acquired season four of Love It or List It: Australia<\/em> for More4. The season has also been acquired by TV2 in Norway.<\/p>\n

The first three seasons of Love It or List It: Australia<\/em> have just been acquired by Talpa TV in the Netherlands, along with season one of Love It or List It: Vancouver<\/em>, while Discovery Turkey has picked up season one of Love It or List It: Australia<\/em>, alongside five seasons of the original Love It or List It<\/em>, plus seasons one and two of Love It or List It: UK<\/em> and all five seasons of Love It or List It: Vancouver<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in Europe, Beyond Rights has concluded a deal with SIC in Portugal for 75 hours, including three seasons of the original Love It or List It<\/em> series, produced by Big Coat Productions for Canada\u2019s W Network and Love It or List It: Change of Heart<\/em>. Mediaset Spain has re-licensed seasons one and two of the original Canadian series, while Wirtualna Polska has picked up season eight of Love It or List It<\/em> and season one of Love It or List It: Vancouver<\/em>. Also in Poland, Canal+ has acquired seasons four and five of Love It or List It: UK<\/em>, plus Love It or List It: Brilliant Builds<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Discovery New Zealand has taken season four of Love It or List It: Australia<\/em> for its FTA channel TV3, while Bravo TV in the territory has picked up season nine of the original Canadian Love It or List It<\/em>. Foxtel in Australia has negotiated a package of more than 300 hours, acquiring episodes from season five of Love It or List It: UK<\/em> and renewing six seasons of Love It or List It<\/em>, three of Love It or List It: UK<\/em>, five seasons of Love It or List It: Vancouver<\/em> and Love It or List It: Vacation Homes<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Discovery in Latin America has renewed two seasons of Love It or List It: Vancouver<\/em> and one season of Love It or List It: UK<\/em>.<\/p>\n
