ITV has commissioned a brand-new version of the global hit Undercover Boss<\/em>, the Emmy Award-winning format from Studio Lambert.<\/p>\n

Titled Undercover Big Boss<\/em>, the series will see a new group of chief execs and company bosses go in disguise to work on their very own shop floors, to see what really goes on behind closed doors. The four-part series will feature bosses from Pickfords, Bristol Street Motors, Wyldecrest Parks and Euro Foods Group.<\/p>\n

ITV’s factual commissioner, Kate Teckman, said: \u201cAs we come out of the pandemic, it\u2019s clear that there\u2019s never been a bigger gap between the multimillionaire bosses and their workers, so this is the perfect time to bring viewers an all-new Undercover Big Boss<\/em> as we see how they will fare swapping their corporate dinners for packed lunches and what changes they will make for their workers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Studio Lambert\u2019s deputy creative director, Mike Cotton, said: \u201cThere\u2019s never been a more relevant time to bring Undercover Boss<\/em> back.
