The Quebec version is produced by Entourage T\u00e9l\u00e9vision in collaboration with Bell Media.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re extremely proud of the audience response to <em>Big Brother C\u00e9l\u00e9brit\u00e9s<\/em>,\u201d said M\u00e9lanie Bherer, general manager for variety, lifestyle and documentary at Bell Media. \u201cThe new addition to Noovo\u2019s programming became the most-watched show on the channel last year.
