{"id":8220,"date":"2021-05-24T09:37:42","date_gmt":"2021-05-24T13:37:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev2.worldscreen.com\/tvformats\/la-famiglia-adapted-ukraine\/"},"modified":"2021-05-24T09:37:42","modified_gmt":"2021-05-24T13:37:42","slug":"la-famiglia-being-adapted-in-ukraine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvformats\/la-famiglia-being-adapted-in-ukraine\/","title":{"rendered":"La Famiglia Being Adapted in Ukraine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Armoza Formats has licensed the scripted comedy format <em>La Famiglia<\/em> in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The local rights to the format have been licensed by NOVY, ordered for 16 episodes. <em>La Famiglia<\/em> follows the lives of a perfectly normal suburban family living in the divorce capital of the country.<\/p>\n<p>The original Israeli series was developed and produced by United Studios of Israel and created by Ran Dovrat, Avi Belkin and Ohad Perach. It has aired three successful seasons on Channel 10 and Reshet 13. A second season of the format is currently in production for Amazon Prime Video in India while a first season is currently being produced in Russia. A Greek adaptation is currently on air.<\/p>\n<p>Ami Glam, CCO of Reshet 13 and head of 13Global, said: \u201cI am delighted with the international success of the series. There is no doubt that a comedy about the average family, dealing with situations from the day-to-day family life, will touch the hearts of viewers worldwide. I am proud of the series\u2019 success, creators and great actors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Efrat Dror, co-CEO at United Studios of Israel, added: \u201cWe are happy and proud to have another opportunity to adapt our lovely series <em>La Famiglia<\/em>, this time in Ukraine. We will not stop until there are at least ten international versions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Salome Peillon, head of sales at Armoza Formats, said: \u201cThe recent success of <em>La Famiglia<\/em>\u00a0around the world shows that comedy is truly universal and that nothing makes people laugh more than a family comedy that they can relate to.
