Prior to working at Armoza Formats, she held roles at the International Short Film Festival, Lev Cinemas and at the French Institute as the cultural and audiovisual project manager.<\/p>\n<p>Makarova joined the Armoza Formats team at the end of February. She is serving as sales executive for Eastern Europe and CIS.<\/p>\n<p>Amos Neumann, COO of Armoza Formats, said: \u201cWe are thrilled to grow the sales team, and moreover to base the growth on our highly capable team.
