NHK Enterprises has licensed the makeover format Cinderella Network<\/em> to Myanmar\u2019s DVC (MNTV).<\/p>\n

In Cinderella Network<\/em>, YouTubers of the same generation are invited to the studio to share their practical and ready-to-use tips. The format connects people at home with the studio using the latest technology. This is the first time MNTV has adapted a Japanese format. The local version is currently being aired as a 14×45-minute weekly live show on MNTV every Saturday in prime time.<\/p>\n

NHK producer Ishizawa Kaoru, the creator of the format, said: \u201cWe\u2019re absolutely thrilled that Cinderella Network<\/em> is being shown in Myanmar. We originally created this program with the hope that, through makeup, people will discover the true beauty within themselves and enhance their self-esteem. We would be so happy if this format could help people in Myanmar to further love themselves more.\u201d<\/p>\n

NHK Enterprises\u2019 head of international sales, Yonemura Yuko, said: \u201cThe key to this format is that it connects people. It allows people to share the fun as well as know-how with others who are physically apart. We are grateful to MNTV for seeing and understanding that quality, especially under tough times like this with COVID-19 and so many other uncertainties around the world. We are happy to see that one of NHK\/NEP\u2019s format can bring smiles to people in another country.\u201d<\/p>\n

MNTV\u2019s CEO, Zaw Thet Maung, said: \u201cI\u2019m really grateful to get the opportunity to bring the Cinderella Network<\/em> format to Myanmar. Despite COVID-19 and a very tight schedule, the MNTV production team has been striving from preproduction to live broadcasting without losing its original aspirations and quality. I would like to thank the NHK team for their kind support, positive feedbacks and the trust they\u2019ve placed in MNTV.
