Eccho\u00a0Rights has signed a deal with SBS Contents Hub in South Korea to represent two of its top scripted formats.<\/p>\n

Queen of Ambition<\/em>\u00a0tells the story of a\u00a0woman born into poverty who will let nothing stand in her way as she\u00a0tries to rise to the top, while a man who is a hopeless romantic will sacrifice anything for her. When she betrays\u00a0him, he takes his revenge.\u00a0The readymade\u00a0already\u00a0sold across Southeast Asia, French-speaking Europe and\u00a0Romania.<\/p>\n

Incarnation of Money<\/em>\u00a0is a legal thriller about a prosecutor and four conspirators who successfully carry\u00a0out a scheme to kill a real estate mogul and steal his wealth. Years later, they face dire consequences when the\u00a0mogul’s son, now a\u00a0prosecutor\u00a0himself,\u00a0recovers his memory and finds out the truth behind his family’s\u00a0demise.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese are two series that really took\u00a0South\u00a0Korea by storm during their original runs, but have universal themes\u00a0and strong, emotive scripts\u00a0that make them ideal\u00a0candidates\u00a0for international remakes,\u201d said Deborah Youn, head of Asia business at\u00a0Eccho\u00a0Rights.<\/p>\n
