These new sales follow on previously announced adaptations in Sweden and France.<\/p>\n<p>Fast-tracking the \u201cgetting to know you\u201d period, <em>Five Guys a Week<\/em> follows as one single girl invites five guys who are looking for love to move into her home and live with her for a week, all at the same time, all under one roof. Each day, she will have to eliminate one of them, whittling them down to the last man standing. It was created by Label1 for Channel 4 in the U.K.<\/p>\n<p>Rob Clark, director of global entertainment at Fremantle, said: \u201cThe fact that multiple sales were secured before <em>Five Guys a Week<\/em> was broadcast in the U.K. is a testament to the show\u2019s fantastic storytelling and authenticity. I\u2019m so proud to see that U.K. audiences have fallen for the series, and I\u2019m confident that audiences around the world will be equally swept away by its unique and simple concept.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Simon Dickson, co-founder and creative director at Label1, said: \u201cThe popularity of <em>Five Guys a Week<\/em> in its launch territory, the U.K., particularly amongst young viewers, is hugely encouraging.
