{"id":7507,"date":"2020-02-12T11:02:59","date_gmt":"2020-02-12T16:02:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev2.worldscreen.com\/tvformats\/masked-singer-headed-russia\/"},"modified":"2020-02-12T11:02:59","modified_gmt":"2020-02-12T16:02:59","slug":"the-masked-singer-headed-to-russia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvformats\/the-masked-singer-headed-to-russia\/","title":{"rendered":"The Masked Singer Headed to Russia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Endemol Shine Group&#8217;s Weit Media has been commissioned to produce nine episodes of <em>The Masked Singer<\/em> for NTV.<\/p>\n<p>The Russian production marks the fifth Endemol Shine company to produce <em>The Masked Singer<\/em>, with Endemol Shine North America launching the original U.S. version on FOX, along with hit series in Mexico, Germany and, most recently, Italy.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Endemol Shine\u2019s singing format <em>All Together Now<\/em> recently launched a second season on public broadcaster Rossiya 1. The deal marks the seventh returning market for <em>All Together Now<\/em>, with renewals also airing in the Netherlands, Brazil, Italy, Denmark, Poland and the U.K.<\/p>\n<p>Yulia Sumacheva, CEO at Weit Media, said: \u201cEntertainment is at the heart of everything we do here at Weit Media and a significant part of our success. <em>The Masked Singer<\/em> has taken the world by storm and I\u2019m sure the audiences here will be equally gripped attempting to guess the celebrities on the show. Meanwhile, we\u2019re huge fans of <em>All Together Now<\/em> with the fantastic debut series drawing excellent numbers.
