Banijay Group has unveiled its slate for MIPCOM, which includes such family-oriented format titles as Don\u2019t<\/em>, It\u2019s a Knockout<\/em>, The Crystal Maze<\/em> and All Against 1<\/em>.<\/p>\n

From Ryan Reynolds, Banijay Studios North America and host Adam Scott, the physical game show Don\u2019t<\/em> gives families the chance to win money by following one simple rule: don\u2019t. (Don\u2019t blink. Don\u2019t play with matches. Don\u2019t get tired. Don\u2019t play ball in the house.) \u201cIt\u2019s a truly original, comedic and physical game show that will have global appeal for a wide range of broadcasters,\u201d said Andrew Sime, Banijay Rights’ VP of formats.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a Knockout<\/em> is an original physical-entertainment show that taps into the frenzy of classic sport derbies for fierce but friendly competition. Returning in a modernized version, the iconic format features spectacular games, silly costumes, pools, slides, turntables, treadmills and a lot of flags and banners, with the titles of best city or best country up for grabs. \u201cA part of TV history for more than half a century, this iconic format has been making viewers laugh, cheer and proudly root for their countrymen in some of the biggest TV markets in the world,\u201d said Sime.<\/p>\n

Also returning to market with a fresh family take is The Crystal Maze<\/em>, which has a family team of six contestants take part in a series of challenges in order to win \u201ctime crystals\u201d across the four key zones\u2014Eastern, Aztec, Industrial and Futuristic. Each crystal gives the team five seconds of time inside \u201cThe Crystal Dome,\u201d the centerpiece of the maze where the contestants participate in their final challenge.<\/p>\n

In Lodgers<\/em>, potential roommates, young and old, meet for the first time at a speed-dating event exclusively designed to match up wealthier old-age pensioners and hard-up millennials.<\/p>\n

Lastly, All Against 1<\/em> asks the question, can one smart contestant beat the entire nation? The tapped contestant and the viewers are all asked the same questions based on the outcome of a variety of experiments, ranging from everyday science to sports dares or stunts. Whoever\u2019s answer is the closest takes home the money.<\/p>\n
