The agreement with LRT marks the 58th local production of the multi-award-winning format.<\/p>\n<p>Sumi Connock, creative director of formats for BBC Studios, commented, &#8220;<em>Dancing with the Stars<\/em> is a proven international hit that brings joy, laughter and entertainment to audiences old and young across the globe. It is fantastic to see the show continue to enter new markets and I\u2019m thoroughly looking forward to watching the glitter ball light up Lithuania when it airs this year.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Audrius Gir\u017eadas, head producer of LRT TV, said, \u201cCompetitive dancing is very popular in Lithuania so <em>Dancing with the Stars<\/em> is destined for success here.
