The show, which features elderly singers, is now licensed to seven countries since its launch last August. The eighth season of <em>The Voice of Mexico<\/em> is slated to air in March 2019 on Azteca Uno, followed by the premiere of <em>The Voice Senior<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Since the start of <em>Exatlon<\/em> in 2018, TV Azteca and Acun Medya have been in a long-term collaboration to support Azteca\u2019s new strategy of live TV.<\/p>\n<p>Alberto Ciurana, chief content and distribution officer at TV Azteca, said: &#8220;It&#8217;s been a great year for TV Azteca and part of our success has come due to our partnership with Acun Medya. We are very pleased to work with them and have high hopes on the amazing format <em>The Voice<\/em> on Azteca Uno.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ebru Atasav, CEO of Acun Medya, commented: &#8220;We are very happy to be in a close partnership with TV Azteca since the first day of <em>Exatlon<\/em>.
