It has been ten years since <em>Big Brother<\/em> was on air in Poland, where it first launched in 2001.<\/p>\n<p>Nelonen Media has ordered a treatment from Endemol Shine Finland. The format last aired in Finland five years ago, and this deal will see the <em>Big Brother<\/em> launch on Jim and Ruutu in the fall.<\/p>\n<p>Lisa Perrin, CEO of Creative Networks at Endemol Shine Group, said: \u201cIt\u2019s a milestone year for <em>Big Brother<\/em>, which remains youthful by continually evolving and reinventing itself.
