The 12&#215;75-minute local version will feature 18 aspiring bakers of all ages. It will be hosted by model\/presenter Carolina de Moras, with French chef Yann Ivin and pastry chefs Milena Vallejos and Gustavo S\u00e1ez serving as judges.<\/p>\n<p>The first Latin American treatment of <em>Bake Off<\/em> launched in Brazil in 2014, with a Spanish-language Argentine adaptation having debuted earlier this year. The Love Productions format originally premiered in the U.K. back in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFollowing the ratings success of <em>Bake Off Argentina, El Gran Pastelero<\/em>, which concluded its season with a 70.3 percent audience share, we are partnering again with Turner Latin America to develop the second Spanish-language edition of this popular reality show, now in Chile,\u201d stated David Hanono, the senior VP of sales and digital at BBC Studios Latin America\/US Hispanic. \u201cThis deal reinforces our strategy to bring the best British content and formats to every corner of Latin America, and we are confident that our partnership with Turner will allow us to bring more local versions of this successful format to South America.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Javier Goldschmied, the director of programming at Chilevisi\u00f3n, noted: \u201cWe are very pleased with this agreement, and we are confident that we\u2019ll be able to give this version of <em>Bake Off<\/em> the local flavor it needs to conquer audiences in Chile.
