The collaboration follows Plas\u2019s decision to focus on her own projects and step down as managing director of Endemol Shine Belgium after 23 years.<\/p>\n<p>The first production Plas will produce under the Dok1 Media label will be <em>The Voice Belgique<\/em> season eight for RTBF. It is expected to air in spring 2019. Plas\u2019s credits include <em>Big Brother<\/em>, <em>Deal or No Deal<\/em>, <em>The Wall<\/em>, <em>The Voice<\/em> and <em>The Voice Kids<\/em>, among other titles.<\/p>\n<p>Plas commented, \u201cI\u2019m very excited about this partnership with Talpa.
