The show launched in France on November 27, and TF1 has commissioned a second season for Christmas 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Julien Degroote, the head of non-scripted commissioning and format development at TF1 Group, said, \u201cWe are very glad of the launching of <em>My Best Christmas Ever<\/em> every evening on TF1. A perfect topic to create an event on our grid.\u00a0This format has been created by our team at TF1 and produced with passion by TF1 Productions, our in-house production company.\u00a0We are thrilled with the ratings of the first week. It has allowed us to attract a younger audience and to perform very well on commercial targets.\u00a0The format drives strong emotional stakes for the contestants\u2014every single one of us celebrates Christmas in his own way!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Malika Abdellaoui, the managing director of Newen Distribution, added, \u201cWe are delighted to have struck this partnership with TF1 and to bring this special program to the international market.
