Some of the\u00a0more recent licenses were inked in France, the Middle East and China. <em>SNL Poland<\/em> will showcase the best in Polish comedy and entertainment and will be available on Showmax later this year.<\/p>\n<p>Ana Langenberg, the senior VP of format sales and production at NBCUniversal International Formats, commented, \u201cFor over 40 years, <em>SNL<\/em> has upheld its position as an iconic comedy brand. Culturally relevant and persistently entertaining, the show already has a huge online global following, which is proving incredibly appealing to international commissioners keen to deepen that existing positive brand awareness via localization.
