Alongside its successful music and comedy format <em>Bring the Noise<\/em>, currently in production for a second season in Italy, the joint venture has multiple projects set up with U.K. broadcasters and is developing shows for U.S. networks.<\/p>\n<p>Gray has more than 25 years\u2019 experience in the industry, including senior creative exec roles at ABC, ITV and Sky. He is responsible for developing and greenlighting hit formats such as <em>The Big Breakfast<\/em> (Channel 4), <em>Survivor<\/em> (CBS), <em>Britain\u2019s Got Talent<\/em> (ITV), <em>Saturday Night Takeaway<\/em> (ITV), <em>Extreme Makeover: Home Edition<\/em> (ABC), <em>Got To Dance<\/em> (Sky) and <em>A League of Their Own<\/em> (Sky).<\/p>\n<p>Glen Salzman, co-founder and co-CEO of Cineflix Media, said: \u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to be in business with Duncan.
