Rapid Blue will handle\u00a0the production of the three six-episode seasons locally in South Africa. The format\u00a0sees super-fit men and women go through 12 consecutive days of physical and mental endurance challenges. It has been a hit on BBC Two in the U.K.<\/p>\n<p>Grant Welland, the executive VP for CEE, the Middle East and Africa at BBC Worldwide, said: \u201cTogether with Rapid Blue, BBC Worldwide has been able to bring some of the world\u2019s most popular formats to African audiences, including <em>The Great South African Bake Off<\/em>.
