Filmed in Patagonia, the eight-episode show challenges a group of strangers to build a bridge in just 30 days for the chance to win treasure. It is slated to air in prime time on Movistar+&#8217;s #0 later this year.<\/p>\n<p>Fernando Jerez, the director of #0 and Movistar+&#8217;s head of programs, commented: &#8220;#0, our exclusive TV channel on Movistar+, Telef\u00f3nica&#8217;s pay-TV platform, is shaking up Spanish TV. Creativity, innovation and the highest production values are in our programming DNA. Now, thanks to our new association with Endemol Shine Iberia, we are furthering our ambitious plans to provide a completely unique, diverse and select television entertainment experience.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Lisa Perrin, the CEO of creative networks at Endemol Shine Group, said: \u201cThe trend for groundbreaking factual programming with scripted sensibilities continues internationally and <em>The Bridge<\/em> brings stunning movie-like qualities to the genre. Coming from Spain, the format is another great example of how Endemol Shine Group has innovative teams around the world creating new ideas on a massive scale.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pilar Blasco, the CEO of Endemol Shine Iberia, added: \u201cThis new format really pushes the social-experiment genre to the next level and is one of our most ambitious shows yet. It\u2019s hugely exciting to create an original series which blends drama and entertainment and is beautifully shot.
