Season one is slated to premiere on September 7. The adaptation will be produced by MAX.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the Dutch broadcaster recommissioned four more seasons of <em>The Great Bake Off<\/em>, known locally as <em>Heel Holland Bakt<\/em>. Season four is scheduled to debut on September 4. The renewal follows three successful seasons, with the third peaking at 3.2 million viewers. <em>Heel Holland Bakt<\/em> will be produced by Blue Circle.<\/p>\n<p>Suzanne Kendrick, the head of global format sales at BBC Worldwide, said, \u201cWith the fourth season of <em>Heel Holland Bakt<\/em> starting this weekend in the Netherlands, it is perfect timing to announce yet more international sales of the ever-popular <em>Bake Off<\/em> format as well as our first sale of its counterpart <em>An Extra Slice<\/em>. It seems the global appetite for baking shows no signs of relenting as local versions of both formats continue to cause a stir worldwide.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jan Slagter, CEO of Omroep MAX, commented, \u201cAfter three very successful series of <em>Heel Holland Bakt<\/em> (<em>The Great Bake Off<\/em>), I am delighted that we can introduce <em>Smaakt Naar Meer<\/em> (<em>An Extra Slice<\/em>).
