Each episode follows as the host of the show picks up a singer or celebrity and drives them in a <em>Carpool Karaoke<\/em> car, specially fitted with state-of-the-art cameras.\u00a0CBSSI will hold all licensing rights for the format in the international market.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEver since\u00a0<em>Carpool Karaoke<\/em> has aired as part of\u00a0<em>The Late Late Show with James Corden<\/em>, the requests for the format have been overwhelming,\u201d said Paul Gilbert, the senior VP of international formats at CBS Studios International. \u201cInternational broadcasters can now leverage\u00a0<em>Carpool Karaoke<\/em>\u2019s huge digital and broadcast success for their own local viewers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a very exciting format, one which gets the best interviews, and fun, out of every guest that appears, due to its most intimate setting,\u201d said Ben Winston, executive producer of\u00a0<em>The Late Late Show with James Corden <\/em>and\u00a0co-director of production company Fulwell 73.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LOS ANGELES: The viral video hit Carpool Karaoke, a segment on CBS&#8217;s The Late Late Show with James Corden, is being made available as a format for the international market.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":350,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"pmpro_default_level":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[69],"tags":[477,152],"class_list":["post-4952","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","","category-top-stories","tag-carpool-karaoke","tag-cbs-studios-international","pmpro-has-access"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.7 -
